Jessica Johnson has written and edited for businesses, non-profit organizations, academic laboratories, and individuals, and she has taught composition at the college level.  She holds a BA (English, writing emphasis), a BS (cell and molecular biology) and an MFA  (writing), all from the University of Washington.  She has contributed to scientific papers published in Genetics, Genome Research, and The Plant Journal.  Her poems appear in magazines including The New Republic and The Paris Review.

Kevin Edwards is an experienced editor and a research specialist. He has worked in editorial roles at The Seattle Review and Poetry Northwest.  His BA (English, writing emphasis) is from Southern Oregon University, and his MFA (writing) is from the University of Washington. His Master's in Library and Information Science is expected in 2008.
